Shipping Policy
Delivery times might vary depending on the current situation around the world. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after the payment is received.
DELIVERY TIMES:
- Lithuania:
2-5 working days (Lithuanian Post);
2-5 working days (Omniva);
2-5 working days (Home delivery).
- EU countries:
7-14 working days (Lithuanian Post);
- Rest of the world:
14-21 working days (Lithuanian Post).
Once an order is shipped, we will send you tracking information so you can see where your item is at any time. However, delays do happen sometimes - please contact us if it takes really long.
Return & Exchange Policy
We would like you to be happy with your purchase, so if you don't love an item, please email us to start the returns process within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding the original shipping cost will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and the product's safety for their returns back to ESEA.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can replace the item. We will only be able to return any damaged items if reported within seven days of delivery.
